We aim to transform the prevention and control of serious human diseases so people can reach their full potential.  Through the use of hapten bioengineering to elicit high‑affinity antibodies against multiple small‑molecule drug targets, we have created the first-in-class polydrug vaccine capable of combatting xyalzines and nitazenes as well as fentanyl.  Our multivalent nanoparticle protein construction co‑displays multiple pathogen antigens for global protection against bacterial threats including Lyme disease and Chlamydia.  By combining rational antigen design, precision conjugation, and proven delivery systems, we seek to generate broad, durable immunity in areas with limited or no disease‑modifying options.
